Director

Develop annual marketing plan with a focus on increasing market share within
the county of Los Angeles.

Position the center as the premiere shopping, dining and entertainment
destination.

Create and develop opportunities within the entertainment industry.

Create and develop partnerships with similar entities that fit our
demographic profile.

Oversee all marketing programs, including tourism, public relations, market
research, advertizing, merchandising events, tenant relations and community
relations.

Develop and create new and innovative events at the center.
-
Research, analyze and monitor retail competition and demographic factors
that affect the present and future market potential.

Represents the center to the community.

Monitor tenant sales and create program to assist non-performing tenants in
increasing sales.
