Regional Property Manager

 The Candidate must have a good understanding of retail tenant leases and their requirements, as well as being proficient in preparing and administering budgets and contracts.  This Candidate would also work closely with corporate accounting in overseeing the billing, reporting and collection of rents, cam payments, taxes and insurance.  Understanding of construction and construction procedures would be helpful.  The Candidate will oversee 8 to 10 properties in the South Eastern region of the U. S. and will oversee a staff of 1 to 2 people.  The Candidate will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Asset Management.  Salary will be commensurate with experience and skills.
