SUMMARY
A Regional Property Manager plans and directs all activities
required to keep a portfolio of shopping centers clean, safe and well
maintained.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES

Negotiate all service
contracts for assigned properties; security, maintenance, sweeping,
landscaping and onsite management.

Supervise the daily
activities of all contractors to ensure quality and compliance with
contracts.

Develop, and monitor
adherence to, CAM and Capital budgets. Approve all contractor invoices.

Act as management’s point
person for tenant relations, including lease administration and enforcement
of center rules.

Work with leasing agents to
show prospective tenants vacant space. Coordinate all tenant move-ins and
move-outs.

Assist Director of
Construction with various tenant build-outs and/or construction projects.

Perform hands on clean-up,
maintenance and other miscellaneous job duties as required; including
regular property and roof inspections.

Maintain a professional
relationship with tenants, other property managers and all departments
within PECO.

Ensure properties are in
compliance with local and state authorities as it relates to liabilities.

Generate ancillary income
for properties and manage temporary lease agreements.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
College degree desired with one to three years of experience
in commercial property management. Familiarity with plumbing, electrical,
roofing and HVAC desired. Regional managers must have good communication skills
both verbal and written, plus computer skills including working knowledge of MS
Office applications.
