Property Manager

Northern California

We are currently seeking a Property Manager who will be responsible for a portfolio of assets primarily based in the Bay Area, consisting of approximately 3M sq ft. This individual will coordinate the preparation and implementation of operating and capital budgets and the evaluation of budget performance for the portfolio of assets. The Property Manager will also interface with applicable departments to coordinate tenant upfits and will directly oversee all major capital improvement and maintenance / repair projects in the designated portfolio. The right candidate must also be a proven leader, self-starter, possess strong interpersonal communication, organizational and analytical skills, as well as be creative and have strong problem solving skills.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years in retail property management
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Excellent knowledge of Retail Real Estate
• Excellent understanding of leasing principles, valuation analysis, financial functions and accounting systems
• Ability to travel on a regular basis
• Professional designation such as CSM, CPM or CCIM strongly preferred
