You will broker purchases and sales of shopping centers and retail properties. In the process you can make commissions that could far exceed your financial expectations. If you have some experience it will be helpful but we will train you hard and fast. A real estate agent’s license is required.

Land brokerage is an exciting and rewarding career that involves connecting development opportunities with the right investor or developer. It entails analyzing the highest and best use of land, assessing value based on the proposed use and physical and political intricacies involved in developing it. As a land broker you will be transacting sales of unimproved land as well as redevelopment opportunities. If you have what it takes, your commission earnings could far exceed your financial expectations. If you have some experience it will be helpful but we will train you hard and fast. A four-year degree in business administration, finance, economics, marketing or related fields. Real estate license is required. Permanent resident or citizen of US.
